You will have a small team of picker packers and warehouse support. Reporting directly to Operations Manager
To ensure that all orders (inbound and outbound) have been correctly prepared for, ensuring accuracy on the Warehouse Management System (WCS) (ERP)
Responsible for the development, review and maintenance of the company’s health & safety infrastructure, documentation and procedures within Ridings Point
Oversee and plan picking activity in line with business requirements
Ensures all paperwork is completed in a timely basis for stock and goods in/out
Ensures all site process and systems (security, opening, closing, cleanliness) are set up and run
Complies with all safety, stock control and duty regulations
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical stock counts and reconciling with stock erp management system. Track volumes v/s expenditure to ensure productivity KPI’s are met
Ensure the Warehouse teams adhere to stock processes to minimise Stock Loss. Maintain records of damaged stock. Maintain records for stock despatched to public relations. Unpack and pack items and stocking in the warehouse. Responsible for keeping stocked items organised and readily accessible
Manage the Stock Team to ensure stock integrity is maintained and monitored
Manages any re-work required
To be experienced in working for an Ecommerce retailer
