Work with the Buying Director on developing a customer centric range with the right price architecture and quality standards
Supplier liaison/relationships and cost price negotiation
Responsibility for critical path management
Supporting the delivery of margin target
Fashion range planning and building for ranges they are responsible for
Review and present weekly sales, with a focus on the best and worst sellers and actions to drive their area
Monitoring the fashion market and customer activity through competitive shops, sales and trend analysis
Work closely with Head of Technical to fit and approve product
Attend & present in strategy meetings
Regular website checks for product set up issues and fixing (where necessary)
Liaising with key wholesale clients to sell relevant product ranges
Working closely with Marketing to communicate product launches, sample management and stock availability
Ad-hoc attendance of seasonal photo-shoots
Attending buying trips to Turkey, China and India along with Buyer to develop new ranges and increase visibility on factories and supply chain
What you will need to succeed?
Relevant degree in fashion or the ability to demonstrate the required level of skills through work-experience
Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills
A keen interest in fashion and customer first approach
Driven and motivated
Retail experience essential
