Upto £40k Salary dependant on experience

Job purpose To own and drive all campaign planning and content production and the communication of this through Social media channels. Ensuring that we build desirability for the Brand through exciting and engaging content that increases brand reach, awareness and drives additional revenue


 Social Media


  • Building a Social Media Strategy that is measured against Brand KPIs (Reach, engagement and revenue)
  • Developing creative content that will work effectively for Social Media but could be used across other channels
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels and design to input into strategy and planning for the Social space
  • Managing carefully PB’s online reputation through considered posts and responses to comments through social channels
  • Leverage advertising opportunities to convert fans to customers and ultimately drive revenue
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Develop a programme of Adverts within paid Social that will drive return and increase Brand Awareness

Content, Campaigns and CTAs


  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Creative Manager to build strong initiatives and content that is linked closely to the Brand Campaign Calendar
  • Producing innovative initiatives that gain maximum reach for PB and drive awareness of the Brand while increasing sales
  • Test and refine campaigns to build a strong knowledge of proven initiatives understanding when and how to drive these with the Calendar to increase success
  • Create impactful, innovative content that cut through in a competitive space and implement a content calendar to plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written) to be used on the web, email and through social channels (with support from the Creative Team)
  • Building strong, loyal followers who are engaged and want to share our content and subsequently increase the reach of PB
  • Managing and directing the Social Media Marketing Assistant


Email and Loyalty

  • Developing an email strategy that encourages repeat purchase and drives loyalty
  • Delivering content initiatives linked to Product, Occasion, Weather and Trend
  • Build a programme of email that increase the lifetime value of a customer
  • Benchmark open and CTR and report back in the weekly trading meeting
  • Measuring and define success against KPIs and reporting back to the wider business
  • Working with the Creative team to deliver innovative stand out content
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with our platform provider (Pure360)
  • Managing and guiding the Email and Loyalty Marketing Exec and the Social Media

  • A naturally inquisitive nature combined with an innovative approach to all aspects of Social Media
  • A creative flair with an accurate eye for detail
  • Experience working with targets and KPIs
