PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.

 

Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

 

Budget Management

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC/ROI
  • Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

 

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure all campaign/account updates are actioned
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

 

Market Research

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

 

Optimisation

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).
  • Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

 

What you’ll need to succeed as a Performance Marketing Manager.

 

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

  • 3 years experience working on brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment

  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to drive strategy
