Main roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all aspects of the critical path are maintained and that the product development process is smooth, ensuring ex-factory dates are kept to
  • Controlling all seal samples stages and ensuring they are all done within the critical path timeframe
  • Chasing factories for anything needed, cost prices, samples etc.
  • Conducting fit session on all samples with the wider team. Ensuring everything is measured and all comments made are communicated with factories
  • Sending clear and concise technical and structural comments to suppliers, again keeping to critical path timelines
  • Testing and analysing all product, whether its fabric or garment testing and QC
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, product safety and legislations

 

Requirements, skills and experience:

  • Ability to work across men’s, women’s and junior’s
  • Excellent knowledge of fabrics/trims and the technical aspects of performance wear
  • Confidently work and support the wider team
  • Work directly with overseas suppliers and travel to view production when needed. This can include weekends and bank holidays
  • Work with the wider team to offer technical guidance and innovation for new product
  • Assist with bulk QC checks when needed
  • Ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Highly commercial.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of the current sportswear industry
  • 5+ years experience

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, along with a good eye for detail. Highly organised with confident communication and administration skills and ability to manage critical path deadlines. A team player who enjoys working under own initiative as well as part of a team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate the visual identity of our clients premium menswear brand across all digital touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and a commercial mindset, someone who understands how to create elevated, on-brand assets that not only look premium, but also drive engagement, conversion, and brand growth.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, E-commerce and Creative teams to produce high-quality assets across campaigns, product launches, paid media, email marketing, and the website. From seasonal drops to performance-led ad creatives, you’ll play a key role in how the brand is seen and experienced by our customer.

Key Responsibilities:


Digital Design & Campaign Execution

Create high-quality digital assets for paid media, email marketing, website banners, landing pages, and social content

Design creative for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sale events, and key brand moments that feel premium, cohesive, and performance-driven

Produce assets for Meta ads, Google display, CRM campaigns, homepage updates, and collection launches

Ensure all creative is optimised for each platform, maintaining strong visual consistency across every customer touchpoint

Website & E-commerce

Work closely with the E-commerce team to create engaging on-site visuals that support conversion and product discovery

Design homepage banners, collection graphics, promotional assets, and product storytelling content

Help elevate the online customer journey through strong visual merchandising and premium digital presentation

Collaboration & Creative Development

Partner with Marketing, CRM, Social and Creative teams to bring campaign concepts to life

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced eCommerce environment with frequent launches and weekly newness

Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels

Contribute fresh creative ideas for launches, campaigns, and ongoing content opportunities

Innovation & Trend Awareness

Stay up to date with design trends, fashion creative, digital marketing, and premium retail branding

Bring new ideas and creative approaches that keep the brand feeling fresh, relevant, and elevated

Support creative testing and optimisation using performance insights and campaign results

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within fashion, eCommerce, or premium retail

Strong digital design skills across paid media, email marketing, web, and social platforms

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Motion graphics or video editing skills essential

A strong eye for layout, typography, composition, and premium brand aesthetics

Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and performance

Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects at once

Strong attention to detail and a consistently high standard of execution

Someone full of ideas, energy, and creative initiative

Nice to Have

Experience working within menswear or premium fashion brands

Motion graphics or video editing skills essential

Understanding of Meta ad creative best practices

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or wider eCommerce creative workflows

Photography retouching or shoot asset management experience

Trial Project (Part of the Interview Process)

Performance Marketing Creative

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Creative who combines creative storytelling with data-driven marketing. This is a hands-on content creation role, responsible for producing, launching, and optimising paid ads across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Ad Production

  • Create performance-focused ad content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video (UGC, reels, product demos, athlete clips, etc.).
  • Write compelling copy that converts – from punchy headlines to clear CTAs.
  • Repurpose content for multiple platforms, maintaining a consistent tone and look.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in performance marketing, content creation, or a similar digital role.

Kids Nightwear Designer – Licensed

Ensure high service levels are provided and newness in design is given.

See concept designs through to production, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure the brief is met.

Adapt knowledge of Licensor brand guidelines, ability to push the creative boundaries as much as commercially viable to ensure all artwork is bespoke and sets us apart from our competitors

Work closely with technologists and merchandisers, to ensure products fit and find solutions to any problems in production.

Researching trends, and creating mood boards for new projects and seasons ahead.

Collaborate with other creatives in the Design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding across the business.

Attending customer meetings and prepare for presentations.

Design to a brief and amend as buyers requests.

Creating exclusive designs, with awareness of cost and factory restrictions.

Prepare design packs, including technical drawing and size specs.

Thorough understanding of the current market and research of retailers to ensure handwriting is in line.

Manage day to day work load, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure deadlines are met for samples and designs.

Work closely with technologists and merchandisers to ensure products fit and any issues in production solutions are found

Develop new products with the factories from research, requesting new fabrics and embellishments.

Reasonable travel, including factory visits and regular comparative shopping in the UK and overseas.
