The successful candidate will take accountability for all  Marketing across this Ecommerce business! working directly with the Ecommerce Manager and under the Marketing and Ecommerce Director to lead innovation across the marketing channels. The overall aim of the Marketing Manager is to increase sales across all of their services, provide outstanding customer experience in line with the rest of the business and raise brand engagement. 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Planning, creating and executing sophisticated email marketing campaigns 
  • Building optimised campaigns that include emails, landing pages to take clients on a personalised journey. 
  • Monitoring, analysing and making decisions to adjust campaigns based on performance reports. 
  • Writing engaging content.
  • Implementation of acquisition strategy  
  • Producing high quality / on brand email communications 
  • Improve the data quality and customer profiling. 
  • Devise strategies to drive online conversions from each channel 
  • Provide in depth analysis and regular reporting, in order to assess performance against business goals. 

Person specification: 

  • Previous experience of implementing and managing a CRM programme 
  • Understanding of data management, segmentation, dynamic content, Paid social and PPC.
  • Comfortable with a variety of marketing software – Adobe, Microsoft, etc. 
  • Magento experience is essential 
  • A positive and proactive self-starter who isn’t afraid to share ideas and take accountability. 
  • Conscientious and hardworking. 
  • A team player who can also manage projects working with different people within the team and wider business. 
  • A proficient communicator. 
  • Fashion experience preferred but will look at Beauty or homewares background too.

Paid Social Manager

Salary Unto £40k

South Manchester

This is what you’ll do:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing digital paid media activity focussing primarily on our paid social campaigns. You will also oversee the Google Shopping which is currently outsourced. We have absolutely tonnes of content: images, celebs spotted in videos etc… so plenty to work with on social.

You will be:

  • Be accountable for implementing, optimising and developing our Facebook & Instagram paid social media campaigns. Carrying out tests, effective targeting and develop bidding strategies.
  • Lead our non-paid organic social media content strategy in line with the paid social media campaigns on all channels including; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Pinterest, to name a few. 
  • Create thumb stopping, headlines & engaging content to increase our social following and inbound traffic
  • Work with our inhouse Art Editor to deliver top class creative for use across Social 
  • Ensure all content calendars across social are in line with the brand vision and business commercial goals
  • Report on performance, analysing and reviewing the effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results.
  • Drive innovation and explore all new social media opportunities.
  • Overseen/manage the PPC and Google shopping campaigns (currently outsourced)
  • Loads of other cool stuff! 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Extensive hands-on paid social media experience with demonstrable experience 
  • The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, through both text, video and images. Everyone loves a meme! But you have to understand the need for variety in social media content
  • Experience in fashion retail
  • Experience working across PPC (including Google Shopping), either via an agency or in house.
  • Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and sales reports – we know social is super fun, but we still need to make sure we’re engaging with our audience

We’re looking for someone to implement and manage our Brand Marketing initiatives; Photoshoots/ Print Assets /TV ad creation and so much more. A commercially minded yet creative person with a love for fashion and marketing will succeed in this amazing and unique role.

This is what you’ll do:

· Managing the Brand/Creative Marketing initiatives, from brief to delivery; attending all monthly photoshoots (ecom & location based) and working closely with the shoot team to ensure all content is commercially on point to support business objectives

· Coordinate and manage end-to-end the successful development of photoshoot deliverables

· Communicate and think creatively under pressure to provide creative guidance and commercial solutions on all photoshoots

· Commercial direction of our monthly print brochure

· Organise, control andmanage the flow of projects ensuring brand quality is maintained and brand objectives are met

· Commercial direction and delivery of TV ad campaign assets

· Successfully work with high volumes of marketing material, across print and digital

· Deliver impactful brand content for use across the business

· Work to deadlines and deliver content asset brief requirements for the marketing team

Who we’re looking for:

· Must have extensive previous experience working on photoshoots; both ecommerce & location based

· You must be able to travel regularly both in the UK and to abroad destinations on photoshoots

· An excellent team player with strong leadership skills

· Experience in the fashion industry

Our client a Fashion/Sportswear business are currently looking for additional support within the accounts team! Working closely with the accountant and MD and overseeing various functions for this business. We are looking for a strong experienced individual with excellent knowledge Xero.


  • Report on financial processes, enhancing and updating where needed
  • Management of sales ledger
  • Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions
  • Balancing accounts on a week-to-week basis
  • Managing client invoices and payments
  • Company Expense management
  • Preparing Senior management expenses
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and banking contacts
  • Working closely with accountants to prepare VAT returns
  • Preparing schedules, statements and reports as requested
  • Managing and filing relevant documentation
  • Management of the companies’ finances

Mens Lifestyle/Sportswear Designer

South Manchester

Salary upto £30k

Minimum 2 years within a similar market.

The role of Designer is to design and develop, apparel and accessories products for this Menswear sports/lifestyle brand.

This includes the identification of keys trends in these categories, to ensure product is commercially relevant and to the highest possible quality, within the product development brief.  

  • The generation of all product designs and graphics within, Apparel and Accessories categories.
  • Product research and understanding of this mid/high end priced market.
  • Excellent graphic design experience and highly experienced on Illustrator and Photoshop
  • In association with the Business Development Manager, the purchase of competitive samples for research purposes.
  • Ensure all proposed designs are in line with the product development brief, including proposed pricing structure.
  • Assist with price negotiation to achieve the required target prices and subsequent profit margins.
  • Communicating the status of all design projects with their colleagues.
  • Maintaining a healthy desire to research and learn about external directional influences that will benefit the product design and development process.
  • Development of look books and working with the BDM on photo shoots
  • Working with the BDM on factory sourcing order placement after line selection.
