South Manchester Salary £35 – £40k dependant on experience

Job Spec

· Day to day management of the Customer Service team

· Manging staff; rotas, priorities and development

· Assisting the Customer Service team, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador

· Liaising with external partners to ensure output is consistent and we’re not meeting but exceeding customer expectation

· Overhaul the phone and email systems

· Implement a system management solution

· Comfortable accessing; Magento, Google Analytics for key insights to lead decision making

· Look at how we extend our service hours to ensure customer needs are met and productivity is managed

Account Manager – Childrenswear

South Manchester – Mat Cover approx 9-12 months

We are working on an exciting opportunity to work for this successful and established fashion supplier as a Account Manager. Working on childrenswear high street accounts UK and Europe.

Responsibilities of theAccount Manager:

Managing their own key account ensuring that the customers needs are met

Selling and presenting ranges.

Communicating back to the team, negotiating prices and liaising with the overseas factories. 

Working closely with the directors in business development.

The Account Manager must have experience working with key accounts and will have previous experience of working with childs fashion garments. Experience of the supplier side is essential and Far Eastern.

Ecommerce Executive or Assistant – Fashion

Salary – £16k– 20k for an Assistant or approx £21k – 24k for an Executive

We’re looking for someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm, along with a love of fashion and impeccable attention to detail, to work in our busy eCommerce team!

This is what you’ll do:

· Day to day management of the online store using Magento

· Uploading new products, ensuring monthly deadlines are met

· Liaising with buyers to ensure product categories are perfect

· Visual Merchandising of the site

· Asset management; Samples, Copy and Images are collated ahead of launches

Knitwear Designer

Manchester

Salary dependant experience

An exciting opportunity to join a successful and estalished supplier to high street retailers as a Knitwear designer

 Main duties for this role include:

  • Researching trends, creating mood boards.
  • Attending customer meetings and designing to customer briefs.
  • Create new and innovative design, through to product development. 
  • Prepare design packs for factories, working closely to meet deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding on your accounts and the market.

 Requirements:

  • Applicants should have a degree in fashion design and at least 2 year’s relevant experience.
  • Excellent CAD skills, must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Customer knowledge of high street brands and awareness of cost.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, working to tight deadlines, with a strong proven ability to succeed under pressure.
  • Strong presentation & teamwork skills.
  • Have ability to build on & develop strong working business relationships with existing accounts.
