Product Design

This department is responsible for creating everything from the initial concept to the final design of our products. They develop ideas for new products and prototypes, as well as evolving the design details of established ranges. They deeply understand the safety needs of our customers and deliver innovation that captures our design strategy and brand values. They integrate innovative functional solutions with world-class creativity to support company vision to become the most trusted provider in this industry.

Job Summary

This role reports to a Principal Product Designer for a specific class of products. It is focused on executing and coordinating product design tasks as part of a wider design team. This may include developing and using specialist garment design skills

Duties and responsibilities

  • Analysis of customer requirements
  • Development of design concepts using CAD/ CAM (Gerber & AutoCAD)
  • Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and photography
  • Participation in design reviews and customer meetings
  • Preparation of design documentation
  • Support manufacturing sites through New Product Introduction activities
  • Research materials, processes, or market requirements
  • Support prototype development working closely with machinists
  • Provide customer support as required throughout the development process
  • Support testing events, on-site and off-site
  • Occasional travel to support business requirements
  • Make presentations to present design ideas and concepts.

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Junior / Entry Level Streetwear Designer someone with raw talent, strong graphic and CAD skills, and a serious drive to make their mark in the streetwear space. You’ll work on upcoming collections, design bold graphic pieces, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

This role is perfect for a super ambitious graduate or junior from a Fashion Design or Graphic/Apparel Design background who is hungry to grow, learn, and get stuck in.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Researching trends, culture, and streetwear inspiration
  • Designing graphic-led garments (tees, hoodies, jackets, etc.) and accessories
  • Creating mood boards and design concepts for new drops
  • Producing high-quality CADs and artwork for production
  • Helping to develop branding, trims, packaging.
  • Staying on top of what’s trending in streetwear, fashion, music, and culture
  • Experience with tech packs or working with manufacturers

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or Apparel Design (or similar)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Great eye for graphics, typography, and layout
  • CAD skills and understanding of garment construction

Quality Controller

We are currently recruiting a quality controller to join our clients Garment Technologist Team.

As a Quality Controller, you will strengthen the Technical Team, ensuring all production qualities meet the groups requirements and customer expectations. You will work closely with Design, Merchandising and Logistics teams, authorising production approvals and communicating any production issues.

The role will include completion of AQL inspections at our warehouse when required.

This is an exciting and immersive product role, perfect for a driven and enthusiastic Quality Controller. You will be part of an engaging, supportive, and experienced product team, within a friendly, positive, and collaborative office culture.

The Role

  • Assess production samples, ensuring quality, fit and style requirements.
  • Authorise production sample approvals.
  • Lead and complete AQL inspections at warehouse when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Act on returns and customer service feedback, collaboratively with GT Team.
  • Maintain the Product Team Critical Path efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate any concerns / relevant information to necessary departments.
  • Communicate directly with supply chain.
  • Support GT Team with sample management.

The Candidate

  • Proven 3-4 years’ within a Quality Control position.
  • Skilled inspector, accurate and capable of managing high intake periods.
  • Understanding of mannequin fitting.
  • Experienced AQL assessor.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Holds a strong commercial awareness.
  • Customer focused and driven to uphold excellent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Own and manage social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
  • Create, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content, including copywriting and light editing.
  • Engage with the community: respond to comments, messages, and build genuine connections.
  • Work with the creative team to source and brief assets (photo, video, graphics).

Affiliates

  • Manage affiliate program, ensuring affiliates are active and supported.

  • Suggest creative ways to activate affiliates through campaigns, product drops, or special incentives.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years experience in social media and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Proven experience creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.
  • Comfortable writing short-form, engaging copy for social posts.
  • Familiar with affiliate platforms (AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, or similar).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
