Customer Service Agent

South Manchester


Salary upto £18k

This is what you’ll do:

  • Be an ambassador for the brand
  • Be the first point of contact to customer with phone queries and orders
  • Respond to customer service emails
  • Respond to queries via Twitter, Facebook & Instagram
  • Resolve customer complaints and any other potential issues
  • Issue refunds
  • Assist with additional administrative work
  • General office administration

Order Data Input Administrator

Fashion Supplier

Salary upto £22k


Our client is a very busy fashion supplier to the high street and online retailers. Due to growth we are now looking for an additional member in the Merchandising team. The role is for an Order Data Input Administrator dealing with all orders.

  • Must be IT literate and have good keyboard skills – Excel.
  • Will be an experienced and numerate data input person used to dealing with large volumes of orders.
  • Must be methodical and accurate and have attention to detail.
  • Willing to undertake the occasional ad-hoc task.
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
  • Build effective working relationships with team members.

Social Media Executive

Salary: £22-25K

Manchester / North west

Permanent/Full Time

Main Duties

Creating and managing social media and content marketing strategy, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and measure/report on results. Focusing on creating social media content which connects with customers and drives acquisition and sales.


  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy in line with the business goals and seasonal plans
  • Create and implement social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Measure and analyse the success of campaigns through weekly and monthly reports. Regularly reporting key results and recommendations back to the wider team
  • Work alongside the external media agency to support in creating relevant engaging content in line with current business plans and budget
  • Work with the wider marketing team to produce cohesive tactical cross channel campaigns
  • Undertake general marketing responsibilities as requested by the senior team such as (but not exclusively)- supporting on the affiliate channel, briefing and building email creative, and additional copy requests
  • Propose and implement new initiatives and ideas, staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Skills and attributes

Menswear Garment Technologist

Branded Menswear

North West – Manchester

Salary £25-£30k banding – dependant on experience

Garment Technologist roles and responsibilities 

  • Measuring, assessing and fitting samples prior to fit sessions.
  • Managing fit sessions to ensure accuracy of information and product.
  • Providing clear instructions to overseas factories with amendment images/drawings.
  • Managing test reports and working with factories to improve standards. Approving fabric testing and care labels.
  • Working alongside the development team to aid with garment and fabric issues.
  • Issues with both online and wholesale orders due to garment fit or quality.  
  • Checking fabrics and trims on Production Samples to ensure they are within approved quality and appearance.
  • Organizing weekly production meetings with Production Manager.
  • Having overall responsibility for the development of garments from purchase order through toproduction ensuring they perform to tech pack, approved quality and fit.

The candidate will need:

  • Relevant experience in multi-product outerwear and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent practical technical skills
  • A sound understanding of supplier procedures, the critical path process
  • The ability to confidently attend and contribute to fit meetings and manage follow up procedures.
  • The ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues and factories.

Senior Graphic Designer- Digital

North West – Manchester

Salary is 30-40k depending on experience.

4+ years’ experience working at an agency or in-house

Our client is looking for someone who will help to drive our brand and content across all channels, including: our website, email marketing, brochures, social media platforms and all other communication and marketing tools. Reporting into the Art Editor, this is a hands-on role and you’ll be responsible for a broad range of design. 

You will have an excellent eye for layout, colour and typography and extremely good knowledge of Adobe suite.  If you can create something beautifully sophisticated and stylish from a simple brief and have great vision and ideas to create stand out brand for our customers, then we’d love for you to join our team. 

This is what you’ll do:

  • Produce high quality artwork for the website, customer emails, print and beyond.  
  • Design monthly brochures & prepare for print
  • Design weekly emails
  • Develop our brand guidelines
  • Design & update homepages, content spots, static pages
  • Design, format and upload category banners to the website
  • Work alongside the Art Editor & photographers to edit photoshoot images & retouch as well as planning the running order of monthly brochures
  • Many other ad hoc design requirements, both digital & print.
  • Lots of other cool stuff!

Who we’re looking for…You will:

  • Be fluent in Adobe’s Creative Suite
  • Have previous experience in web design & building e-mails 
  • The ability to manage your own diverse workload to required deadlines in fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines/priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident working to briefs and brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working at a fashion brand with exposure to ecommerce
  • Proactive to new design initiatives
