Marketing Assistant

Manchester Region

£16k to £20k dependant on experience

This is what you’ll do:

  • Support the Email Campaign Manager in the day-to-day planning and execution of our email marketing communications. 
  • Day-to-day ownership of the email marketing process, including end-to-end co-ordination from planning to briefing design & content, through to email build and scheduling using our ESP.
  • Working closely alongside the Graphic Designer to ensure all campaigns are visually engaging and accurate. 
  • Reviewing sales reports, along with other data sources including website and email analytics to identify potential email themes and content. 
  • Frequent brand competitor research and analysis to generate new ideas, concepts, and areas for growth. 
  • Homepage content planning and updates. 
  • Support the Marketing Director with photoshoot planning and any additional admin tasks.
  • Support on all digital and traditional marketing channels & campaigns, from TV to Social media.
  • Work with the customer service team in busy periods.

Ecommerce Manager

Manchester Region

Salary £30-50k depending on experience.

  • Manage the Ecommerce team, ensuring they follow a customer and data centric approach when updating the website
  • Oversee the visual merchandising of the website
  • Align ecommerce operations with both online and offline marketing activity
  • Work on trading events and calendar with the marketing team
  • Create a roadmap for optimisation for the customer journey, identifying barriers, and monitor ecommerce trends
  • Report on and analyse website metrics, overall customer engagement and conversion on site to develop future strategies and areas for improvement
  • Drive the ecommerce business to achieve yearly targets and KPIs
  • Map out and deliver consistently high quality and engaging customer journeys
  • Work closely with our external development agency to report bugs and deliver enhancements to the website on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure thorough testing of developments take place before and after deployment
  • Be the first point of contact within the business for any website issues
  • Work with third-party suppliers to implement enhancements to the website, such as referral programmes, email solutions and content management
  • Work closely with the Email Campaign Manager to ensure the website is updated and merchandised in line with the email schedule
  • Build and manage A/B and MV testing plan to support roadmap with proof of concept
  • Be the primary escalation point in ecommerce team for third-party suppliers
  • Utilise and interpret GA and session recordings to track KPIs and prioritise areas of focus by making informed decisions
  • Conduct regular competitor activity to understand the marketplace and make improvements to the website
  • Work closely with buying and merchandising to ensure products go live on time for marketing launches

Womenswear Designer

North West / Manchester

Salary dependant on experience

A creative but commercial thinker working within an established design team. You will be responsible for designing and building ranges across womenswear! You will also have a strong eye for beautiful commercial prints.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver balanced and extensive design research on product area, new trends and competitors 

Evaluate the commercial potential of designs within product area 

Responsible for creation of concept board and research for design presentations with department heads and Directors. Ensuring all research items are sourced to represent key messages

Create technical packs consistent for factories and suppliers to translate. 

Strong technical knowledge needed to support technical team to create best fit garments reflecting relevant blocks

Liaising with peers within the Buying, Technical and Marketing teams to fully support the overall delivery of a profitable and commercial product whilst helping to drive a wider awareness of trend and innovation through the business

Adheres to the brands critical path and departmental deadlines to ensure your product is available for all key meetings.

Menswear Designer

Manchester Central 

Menswear Outerwear and Casuals

Salary £16k – £22k dependant on experience

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and creative individual to join our design team and take on a hands on role managing trends and design 1-2 years experience would be preferred.

  • Research and present trends identifying key seasonal colours, apparel trends and styling with a focus on commerciality.
  • Design trend focussed and commercial ranges for e-comme and wholesale. 
  • Work closely with factories to source fabrics and trims.
  • Create detailed Tech packs and artworks to send to factories.
  • Overseeing development of ranges by checking samples, fabrics and prints.
  • Work with factories and manage production with critical paths to ensure samples and lead times are not delayed.
  • Provide support for the business in all creative areas.
  • Must be confident with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
