Performance Marketing Creative

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Creative who combines creative storytelling with data-driven marketing. This is a hands-on content creation role, responsible for producing, launching, and optimising paid ads across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Ad Production

  • Create performance-focused ad content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video (UGC, reels, product demos, athlete clips, etc.).
  • Write compelling copy that converts – from punchy headlines to clear CTAs.
  • Repurpose content for multiple platforms, maintaining a consistent tone and look.
  • Work closely with the creative and brand teams to ensure alignment with campaign messaging.

Collaboration & Planning

  • Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with product drops and launches.
  • Collaborate with ambassadors, athletes, and content partners to source authentic performance content.
  • Stay ahead of social and performance trends – from visual styles to hooks and ad formats.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in performance marketing, content creation, or a similar digital role.
  • Proven experience producing ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Confident in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of what makes content convert – creative testing, hooks, and performance storytelling.
  • Interest in outdoor, sportswear, or performance-led brands.

Senior Streetwear Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and driven Streetwear Designer to join our design team. You’ll work closely with the design and product development teams to bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing streetwear collections including apparel, accessories, and graphics.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and tech packs using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support the development of prototypes and samples in collaboration with garment technologists.
  • Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to inform design direction.
  • Prepare presentations and visual assets using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Participate in fittings, product reviews, and team brainstorming sessions.
  • Assisting the Head of design with delegating tasks and managing the junior design team.

Required Skills & Experience

Location South Manchester

Salary dependant of experience TBA

Ensure high service levels are provided and newness in design is given.

See concept designs through to production, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure the brief is met.

Adapt knowledge of Licensor brand guidelines, ability to push the creative boundaries as much as commercially viable to ensure all artwork is bespoke and sets us apart from our competitors

Work closely with technologists and merchandisers, to ensure products fit and find solutions to any problems in production.

Researching trends, and creating mood boards for new projects and seasons ahead.

Collaborate with other creatives in the Design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding across the business.

Attending customer meetings and prepare for presentations.

Design to a brief and amend as buyers requests.

Creating exclusive designs, with awareness of cost and factory restrictions.

Prepare design packs, including technical drawing and size specs.

Thorough understanding of the current market and research of retailers to ensure handwriting is in line.

Manage day to day work load, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure deadlines are met for samples and designs.

Work closely with technologists and merchandisers to ensure products fit and any issues in production solutions are found

Develop new products with the factories from research, requesting new fabrics and embellishments.

This department is responsible for creating everything from the initial concept to the final design of our products. They develop ideas for new products and prototypes, as well as evolving the design details of established ranges. Job Summary

This role reports to a Principal Product Designer for a specific class of products. It is focused on executing and coordinating product design tasks as part of a wider design team. This may include developing and using specialist garment design skills

Duties and responsibilities

  • Analysis of customer requirements
  • Development of design concepts using CAD/ CAM (Gerber & AutoCAD)
  • Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and photography
  • Participation in design reviews and customer meetings
  • Preparation of design documentation
  • Support manufacturing sites through New Product Introduction activities
  • Research materials, processes, or market requirements
  • Support prototype development working closely with machinists
  • Provide customer support as required throughout the development process
  • Support testing events, on-site and off-site
  • Occasional travel to support business requirements
  • Make presentations to present design ideas and concepts.
