As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Paid Social to lead and scale our performance marketing across Meta platforms. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice and visibility of a premium fashion brand in the digital space.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of our paid social strategy, with a core focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your goal will be to drive both brand awareness and customer acquisition, blending high-quality creative with sharp performance insight. Familiarity with TikTok and other emerging platforms is a bonus, as we continue to grow our digital reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta platforms, owning budgets, targeting, testing, and performance.
- Translate brand storytelling into high-performing campaigns that reflect our aesthetic and values.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure paid assets align with brand tone and resonate with our target customer.
- Continuously analyse and optimise campaigns against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc.).
- Present clear performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and test opportunities on new platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat.
- Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and innovations relevant to premium/luxury fashion.
About You
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in paid social, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with a track record of driving profitable, scalable campaigns.
- A strong understanding of how performance meets brand—especially in a premium or design-led context.
- Highly analytical, data-literate, and detail-oriented.
- Able to brief and critique creative from a performance and brand perspective.
- Experience with TikTok Ads or interest in platform innovation is a plus.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
