Performance Marketing Creative
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Creative who combines creative storytelling with data-driven marketing. This is a hands-on content creation role, responsible for producing, launching, and optimising paid ads across social and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Ad Production
- Create performance-focused ad content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Shoot and edit short-form video (UGC, reels, product demos, athlete clips, etc.).
- Write compelling copy that converts – from punchy headlines to clear CTAs.
- Repurpose content for multiple platforms, maintaining a consistent tone and look.
- Work closely with the creative and brand teams to ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
Collaboration & Planning
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with product drops and launches.
- Collaborate with ambassadors, athletes, and content partners to source authentic performance content.
- Stay ahead of social and performance trends – from visual styles to hooks and ad formats.
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in performance marketing, content creation, or a similar digital role.
- Proven experience producing ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Confident in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- Strong understanding of what makes content convert – creative testing, hooks, and performance storytelling.
- Interest in outdoor, sportswear, or performance-led brands.
