We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Services Manager to oversee all customer service operations from within our clients warehouse. This role will be operational and a leadership position as you will build and develop a small customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer service queries across email, phone, and digital channels.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to resolve order, delivery, and returns issues.
- Set up and improve customer service processes and workflows.
- Create and track customer service KPIs and reporting.
- Plan, recruit, and train a future customer service team.
About You
- Experience in customer service management or senior customer care roles, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of fulfilment and operational processes.
- Hands-on, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Motivated to grow and lead a team as the business expands.
