We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Services Manager to oversee all customer service operations from within our clients warehouse. This role will be operational and a leadership position as you will build and develop a small customer service team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer service queries across email, phone, and digital channels.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to resolve order, delivery, and returns issues.
  • Set up and improve customer service processes and workflows.
  • Create and track customer service KPIs and reporting.
  • Plan, recruit, and train a future customer service team.

 

About You

  • Experience in customer service management or senior customer care roles, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong understanding of fulfilment and operational processes.
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Motivated to grow and lead a team as the business expands.
