If so, we’re looking for a Product Assistant to join our client on a fixed term basis for 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and launch of our seasonal product ranges while building your knowledge of product management and buying.
You’ll work closely with the category managers, helping to keep product information, samples, pricing and launch activity organised and on track, while gradually taking ownership of a smaller product areas such as accessories and equipment.
The Impact you will have in this role is:
Key Responsibilities
Support the Category Managers with day-to-day administration across product
ranges.
Maintain accurate product information, range documents, sample trackers, action logs
and shared team files.
Assist with sample management, including sorting marker samples, tracking launch samples,
identifying missing run-ons and organising temporary samples where required.
Support seasonal launch preparation, including coordinating CADs, product information
and catwalk outfit PowerPoint content across ranges.
Attend key meetings where relevant, taking clear notes and following up on agreed
actions.
Help prepare and update pricing information, including previous price details for run-on
and replacement styles.
Support range development activity, including line list briefing, product set-up, sample
tracking and action management.
Assist with bullets and swing ticket requirements ahead of agreed deadlines.
• Build strong working relationships with Category Managers, design, merchandising and
wider product teams.
• Escalate blockers, missing information.
As our future Product Assistant, you will have:
