Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social platforms
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product queries
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes in line with company policies
  • Monitor and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary (e.g., warehouse, marketing, or tech)
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and website functionality
  • Provide feedback to the wider team on recurring issues or customer insights

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Merchandise Assistant / Website Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily and weekly sales, identifying best and worst sellers
  • Assist with markdowns, promotions, and discount strategies based on sales performance
  • Prepare regular trading and performance reports for internal review
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure stock levels and product availability align with demand
  • Support in the planning and allocation of stock across categories and channels
  • Liaise with the marketing manager on basic website updates, content checks, and product uploads
  • Help coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches online
  • Perform general admin and office support duties as required

  • Liaise with factories/suppliers on sample tracking, comments, and approvals
  • Organise and maintain development samples, trims, and fabric libraries
  • Support fit sessions by preparing samples and documenting fit notes
  • General administrative and operational support to the product team

Skills & Requirements:

Import Merchandiser

North West region ( South Manchester )

About the Company:

We are an established and growing fashion supplier based in Manchester, working with high street retailers, supermarkets, and e-commerce brands across the UK. With a dynamic and collaborative team culture, we focus on delivering trend-led, commercial fashion products across multiple categories within womenswear market.


Role Overview:

We are looking for an Import Merchandiser to manage the critical path from order placement through to delivery. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and sales teams, as well as offshore factories and logistics providers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with fashion suppliers and will be confident managing multiple orders across various product categories.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full import merchandising process from order confirmation to delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers overseas (mainly in the Far East, Turkey, India, etc.).

  • Monitor and maintain the critical path, ensuring key deadlines are met.

  • Liaise with internal teams (design, sales, technical) and external stakeholders (retail buyers, freight forwarders).

  • Monitor production progress and ensure all shipments are delivered on time and in full.

  • Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, fabric approvals, trims, and bulk production approvals.

  • Resolve any issues with delivery schedules, product quality, or documentation in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

  • Attend customer meetings and update clients on order status and delivery schedules.
