Sourcing Compliance Executive


Salary dependant on experience £25k-£35k

The Role

The Sourcing/Compliance Executive role will report to the Head of Sourcing, Production and Supplier Quality. As part of the sourcing team, you will play an important part in helping uphold and develop the ethical and sustainable principle of the company, 

The role is to manage all elements of the supply chain, to ensure our market leading designs are manufactured to a high standard and delivered on time.

This will involve:

Supplier Management

  • Supplier introduction, onboarding, development and ongoing management
  • Working with the supply base to provide ethical and  sustainable product.
  • Managing the supplier database and work with the Head of sourcing to monitor supplier performance, to provide a fit for purpose supply base
  • Manage and update any cross costing projects with new and existing suppliers and ensure suppliers are in line with company costing requirements and structure.
  • Work with supplies and internal buying/design teams to manage sampling and production capacity.
  • Manage supplier lead time and feed into the internal critical path and buying calendar.
  • Work with buying and merch teams to resolve issues
  • Support design team on specific development problem areas

Sustainability, Fabric, packaging and Labelling

  • Fabric -work with design and the supply base to provide the latest trend led fabrications with a sustainable approach
  • Packaging and labelling – support the rolling out of a nominated labelling tender process, to provide a one stop shop for suppliers offering the best quality, lead time and price.
  • Research and provide current market intelligence to support the development of a company sustainability statement.
  • Support the Head of sourcing to bring the supply base up to speed and ensure all areas of sourcing are in line with that company policy and statement on sustainability. 

Ethical, technical and social compliance

  • Manage and update the audit data base for both technical and ethical compliance 
  • Work with the Head of Sourcing to implement systems to track the progress of supplier Audits
  • Work with head of sourcing to implement and update the company ethical and social compliance policy

Salary £25-£30k dependant on experience

The role involves:-

  • Working alongside the Buying/QA and Marketing team to deliver the products/collections in line with the critical path key dates and key marketing dates.
  • Trading the Department daily to highlight potential repeat opportunities and managing under-performance
  • Producing and maintaining all range plans, sales reports and category analysis
  • Highlighting opportunity/risk from sales reports and analysis
  • Have weekly intake meetings with Marketing to update on product availability
  • Liaise with Distribution Centre/Suppliers and Imports to ensure stock is available on time 
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis to ensure sales maximised
  • Produce availability reports for product/brochure launches.

The successful candidate will take accountability for all  Marketing across this Ecommerce business! working directly with the Ecommerce Manager and under the Marketing and Ecommerce Director to lead innovation across the marketing channels. The overall aim of the Marketing Manager is to increase sales across all of their services, provide outstanding customer experience in line with the rest of the business and raise brand engagement. 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Planning, creating and executing sophisticated email marketing campaigns 
  • Building optimised campaigns that include emails, landing pages to take clients on a personalised journey. 
  • Monitoring, analysing and making decisions to adjust campaigns based on performance reports. 
  • Writing engaging content.
  • Implementation of acquisition strategy

Paid Social Manager

Salary Unto £40k

South Manchester

This is what you’ll do:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing digital paid media activity focussing primarily on our paid social campaigns. You will also oversee the Google Shopping which is currently outsourced. We have absolutely tonnes of content: images, celebs spotted in videos etc… so plenty to work with on social.

You will be:

  • Be accountable for implementing, optimising and developing our Facebook & Instagram paid social media campaigns. Carrying out tests, effective targeting and develop bidding strategies.
  • Lead our non-paid organic social media content strategy in line with the paid social media campaigns on all channels including; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Pinterest, to name a few. 
  • Create thumb stopping, headlines & engaging content to increase our social following and inbound traffic
  • Work with our inhouse Art Editor to deliver top class creative for use across Social 
  • Ensure all content calendars across social are in line with the brand vision and business commercial goals
  • Report on performance, analysing and reviewing the effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results.
  • Drive innovation and explore all new social media opportunities.
  • Overseen/manage the PPC and Google shopping campaigns (currently outsourced)

This is what you’ll do:

· Managing the Brand/Creative Marketing initiatives, from brief to delivery; attending all monthly photoshoots (ecom & location based) and working closely with the shoot team to ensure all content is commercially on point to support business objectives

· Coordinate and manage end-to-end the successful development of photoshoot deliverables

· Communicate and think creatively under pressure to provide creative guidance and commercial solutions on all photoshoots
