Senior Creative

We are seeking a Senior Creative to join our marketing team. The Senior Creative will shape the visual identity and storytelling of the brand across campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and experiential activations. You will bring a strong eye for design, a deep appreciation of outdoor culture, and the ability to translate performance-led innovation into emotionally engaging brand moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Partner closely with product design, marketing, and brand teams to deliver cohesive and impactful storytelling.
  • Translate the technical innovation of the products into compelling visual narratives.
  • Oversee art direction for shoots (photography, video, and content creation), ensuring a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and creatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers where necessary.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines to ensure global consistency.
  • Stay ahead of trends in design, culture, and outdoor performance to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative/design role, ideally within outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle, or performance-driven brands.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, campaign development, and art direction.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, motion, and digital-first design.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant design tools.
  • Ability to work conceptually as well as execute to the highest standard.
  • Experience leading and mentoring creatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Passion for the outdoors, adventure, and performance-driven design.
