I know the industry. I was brought up in the fashion industry as my parents worked in it, which led me to studying clothing management and technology. Starting out as a buyer, I’ve had experience working in the roles I now recruit for, which helps me to hand-pick the very best talent for each role.

Communication. Being a smaller agency for fashion, I make sure I am familiar with every role and candidate, and keep up the conversation in order to provide the best available service. Job hunting is not a black and white approach, so it’s important to get it right.
