E-Commerce Executive/Assistant

E-COMM EXEC/ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the delivery of the retail trade plan to contribute to the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
  • Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
  • Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
  • Analysis of the online demand, conversion activity, metrics, and customer online behaviour, including completion of all required weekly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Manager and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
  • Implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.
  • Oversee ad-hoc requests to ensure service messages are up to date on-site
  • Monitor competitor and market activity and report back to key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns onsite.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing & product stakeholders to deliver engaging content in line with the strategy, brand DNA and USPs.
  • Recommend and support any e-commerce projects to improve the online customer experience.

 

What you’ll need to succeed as an E-commerce Executive:

 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in marketing, ideally gained in a fast-paced e-commerce trading role.
  • Ability to interpret data and site metrics
  • Good campaign and project management skills as the role will be fast-paced and dynamic
  • A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential
  • You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Menswear Designer

Menswear Designer

Having launched in 2020 this brand group is experiencing rapid growth and is now looking for a new multi-product apparel designer with relevant industry experience to join the team.

The designer for this brand must have an in-depth knowledge in multi-product apparel design across all categories. They must be comfortable developing new shapes and leading fits, working closely with the product development team. Strong graphic design skills are also required, as well an understanding how to apply graphics to apparel through print techniques, applications, fabric and trim development.

You will produce and present relevant market research, current trends and inspiration and with guidance from the Head of Design translate this into commercial collections. Identifying new key trends that are relevant for the brand is a key part of the role. Experience in garment construction is equally important as is an interest in streetwear culture. You will be reporting into the Head of Design working closely with a team of designers, product developers and brand directors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research new colours, trims and fabrics, producing mood boards
  • Produce sketches, technical drawings and tech packs in adobe illustrator with a high attention to detail
  • Confidently present in front of brand directors
  • Handover tech packs to the product development team, ensuring that key design details are translated
  • Ensure key deadlines are met

Experience Required

  • Ability and know how to create exciting multi product seasonal collections in line with research and direction provided, from concept through to production
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of current and past streetwear trends
  • Ideally educated to a degree level in fashion design

Merchandiser

Salary range £30k – £38k

Overseeing the day to day running of the team you will support the Head of Merchandising with the ownership of forecasting, store replenishment, planning, ranging and availability; plus, the management and ongoing development of the Merchandising Assistants and Assistant Merchandisers.

Person specification:

With this role being a senior position within the Merchandising team, we will only be proceeding forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:

  • A proven/experienced Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser, looking for progression and development
  • Experience of managing a team within a fast-paced Beauty/Retail/FMCG environment
  • Experience managing replenishment across a large store estate
  • Analytically minded and commercially aware
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organised with strong Excel ability

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the team and assist the Head of Merchandising where required.
  • Ownership of despatch planning, stockholding management in our central warehouse and external warehouse, ranging and availability.
  • Management of store grading and company replenishment parameters; ensuring that these are aligned to availability and stock targets.
  • Overseeing New Store Openings critical path and ensuring that the ranging and stock-in process runs smoothly.
  • Reacting to sales and changes in the market, ensuring sales are maximised and KPI’s are met.
  • Providing strategic inputs in order to aid development of departmental processes & reporting.
  • Management and development of Merchandising Assistants and Assistant Merchandisers.
  • Attend and on occasions lead weekly or monthly meetings, providing influence where necessary and ensuring that analysis and reporting is completed beforehand.
  • Manage Supplier Scorecard reviews, with the aim of driving improvement through establishing positive ways of working with our Suppliers.
