Experience and Qualification
Educated to either:
5 – 10 years of general product design experience in a technical clothing / apparel sector that enables the role holder to deal with most situations, advise others and technically lead New Product Development projects.
No formal managerial experience required to begin

Working alongside designers on multiple brands across several product areas.
Assisting designers on ranges for DTC websites and multiple wholesale accounts.
Keeping up to date with current trends and creating mood boards to aid with future strategies and helping to present to wider business.
Researching new emerging trends and high street/branded competitors, including comp shop trips.
Bring new and fresh ideas to the team.
Liaise and build strong relationships with suppliers and key accounts.
Assisting designers with tech packing.
Assisting with updating the critical path to ensure design communications are up to date.
Assisting team to organise lab dips and strike offs.
Provide administrative support to the design team, Including day to day autes.
