 JOB DESCRIPTION                                 

Ensure high service levels are provided and newness in design is given.

See concept designs through to production, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure the brief is met.

Adapt knowledge of Licensor brand guidelines, ability to push the creative boundaries as much as commercially viable to ensure all artwork is bespoke and sets us apart from our competitors

Work closely with technologists and merchandisers, to ensure products fit and find solutions to any problems in production.

Researching trends, and creating mood boards for new projects and seasons ahead.

Collaborate with other creatives in the Design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding across the business.

Attending customer meetings and prepare for presentations.

Design to a brief and amend as buyers requests.

Creating exclusive designs, with awareness of cost and factory restrictions.

Prepare design packs, including technical drawing and size specs.

Thorough understanding of the current market and research of retailers to ensure handwriting is in line.

Manage day to day work load, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure deadlines are met for samples and designs.

Work closely with technologists and merchandisers to ensure products fit and any issues in production solutions are found

Develop new products with the factories from research, requesting new fabrics and embellishments.

Reasonable travel, including factory visits and regular comparative shopping in the UK and overseas.

Social Media & Affiliates Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Affiliates Manager to run day-to-day digital presence and affiliate program. You’ll create, schedule, and publish content across social channels, engage with our community, and manage affiliate relationships to help grow sales and brand awareness. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organised, and passionate about outdoor culture, with the ability to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Own and manage social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
  • Create, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content, including copywriting and light editing.
  • Engage with the community: respond to comments, messages, and build genuine connections.
  • Work with the creative team to source and brief assets (photo, video, graphics).
  • Track and report on content performance, making quick adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
  • Spot trends, challenges, and opportunities to keep culturally relevant.

Affiliates

  • Manage affiliate program, ensuring affiliates are active and supported.
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and micro-influencers.
  • Handle day-to-day communication, product seeding, and content requests from affiliates.
  • Monitor affiliate sales performance and provide regular reporting.
  • Suggest creative ways to activate affiliates through campaigns, product drops, or special incentives.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years experience in social media and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Proven experience creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.
  • Comfortable writing short-form, engaging copy for social posts.
  • Familiar with affiliate platforms (AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, or similar).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset — able to pull insights from data to guide decisions.
  • Passion for outdoor adventure, sportswear, or performance-driven culture is a big plus.

Product Developer / Garment Technologist

Office based role 5 days a week.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Product developer / garment technologist to join our clients growing team. Due to the rapid growth of the business and the desire to stay ahead of competition, we are looking to enhance the overall technical aspects of our product.

Main roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring all aspects of the critical path are maintained and that the product development process is smooth, ensuring ex-factory dates are kept to
  • Controlling all seal samples stages and ensuring they are all done within the critical path timeframe
  • Chasing factories for anything needed, cost prices, samples etc.
  • Conducting fit session on all samples with the wider team. Ensuring everything is measured and all comments made are communicated with factories
  • Sending clear and concise technical and structural comments to suppliers, again keeping to critical path timelines
  • Testing and analysing all product, whether its fabric or garment testing and QC
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, product safety and legislations

 

Requirements, skills and experience:

  • Ability to work across men’s, women’s and junior’s
  • Excellent knowledge of fabrics/trims and the technical aspects of performance wear
  • Confidently work and support the wider team
  • Work directly with overseas suppliers and travel to view production when needed. This can include weekends and bank holidays
  • Work with the wider team to offer technical guidance and innovation for new product
  • Assist with bulk QC checks when needed
  • Ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Highly commercial.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of the current sportswear industry

 

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, along with a good eye for detail. About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Garment Technologist to join our growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in garment technology who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Technologists and the greater team to help bring our products to life — from development through to production — ensuring fit, quality, and construction meet our brands high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the senior product developer across multiple categories.
  • Participate in fit sessions and support in analysing fit, construction, and workmanship.
  • Communicate clear and accurate fit and construction comments to suppliers and factories.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date tech packs, size specifications, and construction details.
  • Liaise with suppliers on testing requirements and review basic test reports (e.g. fabric performance, wash testing).
  • Help track sample development against the critical path to ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain consistent product quality and fit across ranges.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in a garment technology or technical development role.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
  • Confident in conducting fit sessions and providing technical feedback.
  • Experience working with tech packs and size specifications.
  • Familiar with fabric types and their basic performance standards.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage workload and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Desirable

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology or a related field.
